"Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Nest Prime Design, located at 201 Gamble St, Omaha, Texas 75571, USA. "Client", "you", or "your" refers to the individual or entity utilizing our services or website.
Nest Prime Design provides home renovation management services, including but not limited to kitchen, bathroom, basement, living room, bedroom, and dining room remodeling. Specific scopes of work are defined in individual project contracts signed prior to commencement.
All estimates provided via our website or consultations are approximations. A binding agreement is only formed upon the signing of a formal project contract. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on unforeseen structural issues or changes requested by the client after the contract is signed.
Payment schedules are outlined in the individual project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to commence work, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones. Failure to remit payment as agreed may result in a suspension of work.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, ensure access to the property during agreed-upon working hours, and obtain any necessary HOA approvals prior to the start of the project. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline and incur additional costs.
Nest Prime Design provides workmanship warranties as specified in your chosen service package (ranging from 1 to 5 years). This warranty covers defects in labor but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and appliances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nest Prime Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Cancellations must be made in writing. If a project is canceled after work has commenced, the client is responsible for all labor and material costs incurred up to the date of cancellation. Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Nest Prime Design and is protected by copyright laws. Custom designs created for your project become your property upon final payment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
